My role at Findura involves processing, client communication, and providing ongoing support to ensure clients’ needs are met. I aim to be available and responsive whenever clients need assistance, helping resolve issues, coordinate tasks, and follow through on requests to ensure things get done efficiently. My focus is on providing reliable support and creating a positive experience for every client.
Qualifications/Experience

I enjoy building strong relationships with clients and helping make their insurance needs, issues, or challenges easier to navigate. It’s rewarding to know that I can make a positive difference by providing support and finding solutions. I also enjoy helping my team, as it gives me a sense of achievement knowing I’m contributing to our shared goals and supporting others to succeed.

Area of Specialisation

I’m good at getting things done, finding solutions, and taking responsibility for fixing any mistakes or issues that arise. My colleagues often come to me when they need help, guidance, or a second opinion. I enjoy supporting others, sharing my knowledge, and helping the team work through challenges to achieve the best possible outcome.

My goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible by providing support, understanding, and guidance, helping clients feel reassured that they’re in good hands and that their concerns are being taken care of.

I’m proud of how much I’ve grown and developed in my role over time. Being able to continually improve my skills, build my knowledge, and become more confident in what I do is rewarding. I’m also proud of being someone others can turn to for support, whether it’s an adviser or a fellow Client Services team member. Knowing I can share my knowledge, help solve problems and make someone else’s job a little easier is something I really value.
